Algoryx announced today that it has completed a groundbreaking sale to Siemens PLM Software in US, the 2nd largest global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
Siemens PLM Software employs 8 000 people worldwide, with a total turnover 2012 of approximately 1,5 billion Euros. The product portfolio includes NX, a CAD/CAM/CAE commercial software suite, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix, Velocity Series, Solid Edge, NX I-deas, NX Nastran, Imageware, Tecnomatix, Femap, D-Cubed, JT, PLM Vis, PLM XML, and Parasolid.
